Another Emil Zatopek 1 Hour Run (Memorial Day edition). Donned the red, white and blue and headed for the beaches via Summer and Beach streets. A straight shot that concluded just past Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association offices at Mother’s Beach (7.45 miles).
Not the best Zatopek, not the worst. Nutrition is flagging and felt a little sluggish most of the way.
